For learning C you must have a c-compiler.
almost all c-compiler are same but dev C++ is best user friendly.

Now download ebooks and study once and start doing programming in your computer. I will give some questions to solve using c, you need to work on that questions with the help of ebooks. Okay download eb0ok from here download
Now start writting simple 5 program code in your computer
1. Print "Your GirlFriend Name"
2. Print "Your gf name when user inter integer 1"
3. Print "Your gf name when user inter character r"
4. Print "Your gf name when user inter both integer 1 and character r"
5. Print "Your gf name when user inter space(by pressing spacebar)"
Don't take it as a joke. This 5 programs can make you a good programmer and improve your thinking capability to understand problem as a practical life.
